The Regular Meeting of the Marion County Emergency Services Board is held on the second Thursday of each month at 7:00 PM. Meetings are held in Room 114 (Training Room) of our facility which is located at 3246 Highway 61 in Hannibal.  Although we embrace all agencies and communities to which we provide service by reflecting our name as a joint endeavor, the Marion County Emergency Services Board is the entity which owns the communications center in Hannibal and actually employees all personnel.  The Lewis County Emergency Services Board contracts with Marion for services and the Executive Director answers to both boards with respect to operational concerns.
